Tremendous craftsmanship, excellent communication, and timely service. Would recommend to anyone! Even for complicated projects like ours—two tufted antique chairs in velvet and tufted leather sofa—all from the 1920s. They were so patient and helpful throughout the entire process (even when I took forever to choose materials and when the innards of the couch proved to need more TLC than we originally thought).

I am always impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism displayed. Their knowledge of the upholstery industry is A+. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing skilled and courteous commercial upholstery. They are probably the best with vinyls and leather that I have ever seen in my 40+ years in the Office Furnishings business.

My classic car's upholstery expertly restored felt like a huge weight lifted off me, especially since the team was so skilled and knowledgeable, addressing every detail with care while maintaining clear, thoughtful communication. Their fast service and willingness to go above and beyond truly made all the difference.

Gary was extremely responsive and courteous. He assessed the couch repair as best as he could via text/photos. Then when he showed up to look at the couch he had to make some adjustments in order to get the best results. He did an amazing job and the turnaround was incredibly fast. Our couch looks perfect.

It has been a great experience working with Renew Upholstery. Gary was very responsive, and to my surprise, he fit me into his schedule almost immediately. My project was completed in four days. Gary personally picked up and delivered my upholstery pieces, and his priority goal was my satisfaction.

Gary repaired an Italian leather couch which our cat had scratched in several places. The first impressive thing is that he arrived timely and did everything he promised. His work is phenomenal. He is absolutely a master craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing and he doesn't take short cuts. He repaired the couch as if it was his own. His prices are absolutely fair. Highly recommend!!

Gary is the consummate professional in his trade. We chose him for our sofa repairs because of his ratings and reviews. When he priced the job for us his pricing was far below another well known and highly rated provider. At first we were a little hesitant because his pricing was so fair, but decided to go with him anyway. We could not have made a better choice!

Gary, who is the owner of Renew, is fabulous. His business, Renew Upholstery, is the best business we worked with in 2019. Renew delivered and installed custom fabric walls for two separate projects to perfection. They also created two custom banquettes that were top quality. Think of Restoration Hardware furniture except 3x the quality.

Renew Upholstery recovered 2 recliners for us. They did a fabulous job in a very timely manner. Gary was very helpful from choosing the leather to coming and picking up the recliners. We would highly recommend them!

He was extremely helpful. He didn't think he could find the padding he needed because of the pandemic, but he did. He came right to the house and recovered the stools in his trailer. We were able to do the whole thing while maintaining social distancing. It only took about thirty minutes. His prices are really good and the stools are good as new!

Renew Upholstery brought our 40 year old sofa and chair back to life. The craftsmanship is superb with close attention to small details. Mr. Pierce was very professional, very easy to talk to, and careful to explain what needed to be done and why. The work was done in a timely manner.

Gary was wonderful from the beginning. With the pickup and delivery option it makes everything easier. Our sofa went from a beat-up kids jumping playground to the centerpiece of our office. Gary went above and beyond.
