Every piece in this category goes through the same five-step rebuild — frame, springs, foam, fabric, finish — adapted to the wear profile of the piece (commercial booth duty cycle, marine UV exposure, residential daily-use, etc.).
1. Frame & structure
Joints checked, broken corner blocks reglued, springs retied or replaced. The piece has to sit straight before fabric goes on.
2. Foam & padding
New high-density foam matched to the duty cycle — softer for residential, firmer and denser for commercial and medical seating.
3. Panels cut to pattern
Original panels removed and used as templates so the welt, seam, and grain match the piece, not a generic cover.
4. Stitch & install
Sewn on industrial walking-foot machines, hand-tacked into place, finished with cording, buttons, or tufting as designed.
